隨著pulp一起dicso到2000年!

提到brit-pop
大家腦海中第一個反映大概是oasis blur radiohead coldplay等等
然而早在1980年代左右成立的pulp 卻是你不可以忽略的英倫團體

成立於1978年的pulp 主唱cocker當時才15歲
然而他們的音樂路不是那麼順利
浮浮沈沈了好一陣子 團員更替直到近90年代才確定
95年推出different class這張經典專輯
帶著致命單曲common people及disco 2000
順利攻佔樂迷的心 也使他們的音樂地位受到肯定

主唱cocker非常擅長描寫小人物對於社會的不滿
及內心孤寂的心情 歌詞處處一針見血

pulp簡單復古的旋律帶點disco舞廳的感覺
藉著音樂我們又回到最初欣賞英搖的感動!
